Björn worked as a journalist at IDG during the 1980s and 1990s. In 1994, he founded the public relations agency Infokraft, which was subsequently sold to the world’s largest public relations agency, Edelman. The firm was renamed Edelman Nordics and Björn continued as its Managing Director until he founded Next PR in 2003. The company expanded into new areas, and Björn went over to Springtime in 2009.
Björn is also a board member of the Worldcom Public Relations Group.
Björn has an MBA from Stockholm University.
